Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Nexus Quality Services FZ-LLC (“Nexus”, “we”) collects through www.nexus-quality.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1. Who we are
Nexus Quality Services FZ-LLC is a certification, testing, inspection and conformity-assessment support company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, at FDBC2019, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ. For any privacy question, write to info@nexus-quality.com.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you complete the enquiry form or contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we receive your name, company, email address, telephone number, country and whatever you write in your message — including product and technical details.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability.
- Third-party fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page.
We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for payment-card details through this website.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and assess which compliance and certification requirements apply to your product.
- To prepare proposals, quotations and the technical documentation associated with an engagement.
- To deliver contracted services, including coordination with laboratories, inspectors and certification bodies.
- To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
Delivering a certification project usually requires sharing relevant information with third parties — testing laboratories, inspection bodies, certification bodies and, where applicable, the relevant regulatory authority or platform. We share only what the task requires. We also use service providers for hosting and email; they process data on our instructions. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Because compliance work spans manufacturing, testing and destination countries, your information may be transferred outside your country of residence. Where we do this we take reasonable steps to keep the level of protection consistent with this policy.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept only as long as they remain commercially relevant. Records relating to certification projects are retained for the period required by the applicable scheme, contract and law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; please do not send highly sensitive material through the website form.
8. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics or marketing tools are added in future, this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where the law requires it.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Write to info@nexus-quality.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
