These terms govern your use of www.nexus-quality.com. They do not replace the contract that governs any service we perform for you — that is set out separately in a proposal or service agreement.

This website is operated by Nexus Quality Services FZ-LLC, a company registered in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, at FDBC2019, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Information is general, not advice
The content published here describes our services and gives a general overview of certification, testing, inspection and conformity-assessment topics. Technical regulations, standards and registration platforms change. Nothing on this website is regulatory, legal or engineering advice for a specific product, and it must not be relied on as a substitute for a formal assessment of your product and its destination market.
3. Scope of our services
Nexus provides compliance consultancy and conformity-assessment support: requirement identification, testing coordination, inspection, technical documentation, and support with registration and certification processes. Certificates themselves are issued under the rules of the applicable scheme and by the bodies authorised to issue them. We do not guarantee that any certificate will be issued, that any consignment will be released, or that any authority will reach a particular decision — those outcomes depend on the product, the evidence and the authority concerned.
4. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. An engagement begins only when a written proposal or service agreement is accepted by both parties. Please do not send confidential or proprietary technical material through the website form; we will agree a suitable channel, and a confidentiality agreement where appropriate, before you share it.
5. Intellectual property
The name Nexus Quality Services, the logo, the text, layout, graphics and code of this website belong to Nexus Quality Services FZ-LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. Third-party marks referred to on this site — including SASO, SABER, SFDA, ISO, IEC and GSO — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to identify the schemes and standards we work with. Their use does not imply endorsement, affiliation or accreditation.
6. Photography
Photographs on this website are illustrative. They depict industrial, laboratory, inspection and logistics environments generally and do not necessarily show Nexus personnel, clients, facilities or projects.
7. External links
Where we link to third-party websites we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
8. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Quality Services FZ-LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or reliance on, this website. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
